Overview Of Priority Icons

Priority icons make it easy to identify locations where faults have been found. Form questions with priority levels are available in the following modules:

These icons will appear next to locations and next to forms once inspections have been completed. Inspectors can decide whether a fault is high, medium, or low priority, as defined by your own standards. Each of these has a different icon with a shape, color and letter/number combination.

Grey Circle With A Zero Inside – This icon indicates that no inspections have been done for this location/form.

Green Circle (No Letter/Number) – This icon will show up next to any location/form that has had an inspection without any faults.

Red Triangle (No Letter/Number) – This icon indicates that an inspection had faults but did not require a priority setting.

Yellow Triangle With ‘L’ Inside – This icon indicates a fault has been found and the priority level is Low.

Orange Triangle With ‘M’ Inside – This icon indicates a fault has been found and the priority level is Medium.

Red Triangle With ‘H’ Inside – This icon indicates a fault has been found and the priority level is High.
